Return & Warranty Policy – EvoFin

📌 Eligible Products

Products with a verified manufacturing defect or functional issue are eligible for return, exchange, or service under the conditions outlined below.
Returns due to change of mind or order error may be accepted under strict conditions.

🔁 Returns (Change of Mind or Order Error)

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be new, unused, and in original condition
  • Be returned in sealed, original packaging
  • Include all original components and accessories
  • Be in a condition suitable for resale as new

The following will not be accepted:

  • Opened or used products
  • Damaged or incomplete returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔍 Inspection & Return Handling

All returned products are subject to mandatory inspection upon receipt.

In the event of a confirmed defect, EvoFloat Canada Inc. will prioritize repair or replacement of the product to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

A refund is considered a last-resort measure, applicable only if no reasonable repair or replacement solution is available.

Any refund or resolution will only be processed if all return conditions are met.

EvoFloat Canada Inc. reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any non-compliant return
  • Apply a deduction if the product is not returned in its original condition

🛡 12-Month Limited Warranty

All EvoFin systems are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal use conditions.

Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • System malfunctions

Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Impacts, accidents, or negligence
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Returns related to change of mind or order error

EvoFloat Canada Inc. reserves the right to evaluate each case to determine warranty eligibility.

🚚 Return Shipping

If a defect is confirmed, EvoFloat Canada Inc. will cover return shipping costs.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
